What is the advantage of 6channels in Kasina over 3channel in Procyon or other mind machines?
What is the advantage of 6channels in Kasina over 3channel in Procyon or other mind machines?
6 channel allows for individual control if the left and right LEDs.

Thanks Andy. I cannot figure out the difference from the wiring inf
Procyon Ganzframe Wiring Info
On the Procyon Ganzframes and Procyon DV Ganzframes there are 3 connections and 1 common on the TRRS connector. One connection for each color (R/G/B) and the left and right are connected in parallel. Using a 3-4.5v battery or power supply it's easy enough to test. Connect up the + of the battery or power supply to the common connector and then connect the - to any of the color channels, that corresponding color will light up.
The connections are:
Tip - Red
Ring closest to Tip - Green
Ring closest to Sleeve - Blue
Sleeve - Common
- (negative) voltage to T,R1 or R2 will light up the corresponding color LEDs on BOTH SIDES of the Ganzframes.
Kasina Ganzframe Wiring Info
With the Kasina Ganzframes and Kasina DV Ganzframes, there are 3 connections and 1 common on the TRRS connector. One connection for each color (R/G/B) and the left and right are in opposite polarity. Using a 4.5v battery or power supply it's easy enough to test. If, on the Ganzframes, you send a positive voltage to any of the channels, one side will light up, if you send a negative voltage, the other side will light up.
The connections are:
Tip - Red
Ring closest to Tip - Green
Ring closest to Sleeve - Blue
Sleeve - Common
+ (positive) polarity to T,R1 or R2 will light up the LEDs on the RIGHT side of the Ganzframes (looking at the Ganzframes as you would be wearing them)
- (negative) polarity to T,R1 or R2 will light up the LEDs on the LEFT side of the Ganzframes.
That is correct. I made some highlights in your text showing the difference between the Procyon and Kasina wiring circuit.
