is there something wrong with my procyon?

i recently got my procyon from mind modulations ,
powered it up , says 2.1.4 os i guess , will be up dating to day....
any how , sometimes in the middle of a session it will freeze up and say 0 or 4 or 04 and i have to turn it off , most disturbing , then when i turn it on again its ok.
hope its just the firm ware.
love my procyon...

Do you get the same problem if you use brand new batteries or USB power (plug the USB cable into your computer)?

I get the problem when using only batteries i think ,
im not sure .... it happens intermittently.
bout once or twice a day.
it happened the first time i put in fresh expensive alkalines and
and daily since then ...
i dont know.

Ok, well, try updating the firmware and see if you still have the same problem.

If it happens again, please let me know the exact scenario that it happens in. (Batteries/USB/Particular Session/Running for certain period, etc.) be as detailed as you can so I can help you get this fixed.

it just happened again andy
after just four mins on usb power
session 20 and the error was a zero (0) on the far left digit
of display. Frame leds on no flickering and no sound
Here is hoping we can fix it and btw the new editor comes with the
2.1.4 i had this when it came but up dated it anyhow .
it happened both before and after doing the frirmware reinstall.
please try to give me an explanation to this problem,
here is hoping ...
