Thread: How do you use the dL2 on the Procyon?

  1. #1

Question How do you use the dL2 on the Procyon?

The manual gives little to nothing about how you use the dL2. It simply says "choose this mode if you are transferring sessions from a compact disk..." But how specifically do I accomplish this? I plugged in my CD to the aux and selected dL2. Turned the cd on. After about five minutes I turned it off to see if it was working - nothing. Does this allow me to place sound from a CD into the Procyon internal memory? How much internal memory do I have access to? I am trying to load a 40 minute subliminal learning CD. Would appreciate ay information and/or suggestions.

    Thanks,

    Hello and Welcome!

dL2 was designed with the idea that sessions could be encoded on a CD, and then loaded on to the Procyon without using a computer. In the end, that never really happened, so now dL2 is only used as an optional Synchromuse mode.

See here and here for some information on Synchromuse.

You cannot load music or other audio into the Procyon. The Procyon can only be programmed using the Procyon Editor.
