I am a hypnotherapist and use the Kasina for clinical hypnosis. I am looking for Audiostrobe downloads that stress Theta which is the frequency most conducive to trance. Finding sessions that take the listener quickly from Beta to Alpha then dwell in Theta would be ideal. Of course, I am looking for a format that provides audio and visual signals. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
