Smart Wake and Sleep Session

Hello all,

Here is another experimental session for you.



This session sets the balance of Red and Blue LEDs (SpectraStrobe) according to your sleep cycle. As the day progresses, the output of Blue is reduced until it is totally off nearing bedtime.

Use the 2 Entrainment tracks Wake and Sleep to adjust the settings to your wake and sleep times. Formulas take care of the rest.

Also, experimentally, the Entrainment frequency is adjusted according to your sleep schedule. Beta in the morning and throughout the day, down to Delta right at sleep time.
