Re: Hello from a new user
Hello and welcome!
Can you give us some more details? Do the lights stay on full regardless of what volume level you have the MP3 player set to?
Is there anything else you're doing differently with the CD player vs. the MP3 player?

Re: Hello from a new user
Thank you for your answer Andy,
First I would like you to forgive me if I'm a little confusing. English is not my primary language.
here's what I have done so far :
- used the cd sampler with a cd player. result : works fine
- ripped to cd to mp3 and played the mp3 on a creative zen mp3 player. result : the lights stay on full regardless of what volume level I have the MP3 player set to
- tried the mp3 on an archos player. result : idem, the lights stay on full
- played the mp3 on my computer. result : then lights stay off
Then I bought an mp3 file from the audiostrobe store and played them ont he 2 mp3 players. result : the lights stay on full
- on the computer : the lights stay off
I created a bwgen and a neuro-programmer file with audiostrobe.
- in wave format they work fine on my computer and the cd player
- in mp3 format they work fine on all the players !!!
What can I do to make the genuine audiostrobe files work on mp3 ? I tried every combinaison of volume and brightness possible.
Thanks
Nadia
Re: Hello from a new user
Hi Nadia;
Thank you for giving me those details. It's puzzling to me how the lights could stay on continuously "regardless of what volume level" you have set. Does that include when the player is off? When the volume is off?
How did you create your MP3? What program did you use and what settings?

It's puzzling to me why the MP3 you purchased from Audiostrobe doesn't work. I would ask for your money back on that one.
