I recently got my procyon and i dont know much about sessions and all i want to ask how to use procyon while studying as for studying we have to
remove the shades and a friend told me it is not as much effective without shades so what to do please help me out please give me a session by which i
can study even without shades effectively as i dont know how to create sessions...
