thoughtstream usb /proteus and mental games

i've juste read in a sticky thread that the Mental game doesn't work with the new Thoughtstream but there is an offer in the site in which there is the thouhtstream usb + mental games, so can you tell me why this offer ?

and also, i wonder if the Thoughtstream usb is always compatible with the Proteus ?
