Hello I want to ask - what Proteus session to be used for the development of extra-sensory perception (ESP), intuition and remote viewing?
Are there any OFFICIAL session or from users who have made such a session?

Hi,
These are pursuits from the realms of "altered-states", none of which can be consistently or reliably stimulated. AVS is one of the best ways to encourage these states.
There's quite a few ways to achieve the states of consciousness to which these not-entirely-accurate terms apply. I assume you have been doing some study and picked some techniques you wish to develop? AVS stand-alone won't do it - you will have to practice some form of discipline. Again, AVS makes the "discipline" more fun and nudges up the probability of success.
I must stress that what I consider "success" may not be your idea of same - much of what's going on depends on your understanding of the nature of the universe in general and mind in particular.
Let us know where you're at and what you're already doing and maybe some more specific suggestion may be forthcoming. Results will probably arise with some form of alpha/theta session - the actual session that will do depends on you.
There will be some of my sessions available from the SoundCloud for Kasina in due course that have a better-than-average chance of getting you in the zone - although written for SpectraStrobe, the audio is fine on Proteus and will give a decent AudioStrobe display.
Cheers,
Craig
I would add to Craig's solid statements that working with a partner or group is almost a prerequisite in these pursuits. You will also want to keep detailed logs and notes of your activities and their results. Using alpha/theta borderline states would be the most universally applicable but it really is a systematic program undertaken over a period of time.
Using your Proteus with a splitter and doing joint sessions with a partner will establish 'resonance' between the two of you and you can alternate roles as sender/receiver. Once again, structured experiments and detailed notes would be most productive. However, the smallest hint of success (maybe few and far between) will establish the validity of your practice and keep you motivated to continue.
There are not as many 'experts' in this area as there probably should be as most people don't 'work' at it consistently... or they have a 'write-off' label for experiences called coincidence. As Craig said AVS would be only one part, but a potentially important one.
Enjoy the ride,
Scott
Thanks for your answers . I'm Russian but I live in Bulgaria. I do not know very well English - Google translator helps me . I am new in this business - Proteus I bought two weeks ago. Before shopping Proteus two months I worked with BWG - only sound. Also try robert monroe gateway experience. And drives theta meditation Russian psychologist Andrey Patrushev http://www.yugzone.ru/patrushev.htm . The results were mediocre . But then I learned that in order to have that you must earn theta meditation alpha state .
After that I met by Jose Silva - and it also requires excellent master status
*alpha .
Perhaps my classes inconsistent. But I want to achieve results - develop intuition and extrasensory perception and other amazing abilities described Silva and his disciples.
I already have a little progress - my intuition is manifested even better than before. Some events I know for a few seconds or minutes before they occur. ( Maybe this match ) . but it occurs spontaneously . I want to control it.
I think the Silva program is good. There is a lot of people that use it to learn. Use the lessons along with Alpha and Theta sessions on your Proteus. It sounds like you are having good results. Keep a journal of your successful experiments.
Thanks for your reply. I would still ask - Craig said that would make such a session for Kasina - I do not understand such a session is already or will be then? How to transfer session to Kasina make it work in Proteus?
You would use the audio from the session as AudioStrobe. Use an mp3 player (iPod) or a smart phone and plug it in the AUX connector.
Hi,
MindPlace has a SoundCloud where many Kasina sessions will be posted. They can be played through the Aux on the Proteus just like an ordinary AudioStrobe track. On the MindPlace support site you can download the contents of the SD card included with the Kasina. There is also a manual with the session details at the back - the English and German versions only.
Material from the relax, meditate or trance groups have the most likelihood of being conventionally useful, that is, using frequencies likely to be helpful. Material from Mind Art - sometimes something just clicks.
The above are all designed for the 2x3-color Kasina, but there is a signal that looks like AudioStrobe, so there will be a decent 1x2-color lightshow on the Proteus. There are also AudioStrobe tracks already available.
And, another thought - have you seen the book "Penetration" by Ingo Swann? He is arguably the most famous remote viewer, involved in all manner of strange doings, most disclosed in the book. It's a rare book, self-published, typewritten, but there's nothing else quite like it on the subject. Easily found as a PDF.
Cheers,
Craig
I know that you can not use Proteus tricolor Points
listening sessions. But whether they can be used for audistrob sessions?
Audiostrobe uses only 2 colors. On all machines.. The Kasina has a special way to map the 2 colors of the AudioStrobe signal to display mixes of all 3 color LEDs.
I uploaded content for Kasina sd - card. Do audiostrob description sessions for Kasina? That is what a session for what is intended?
At what wavelength range each session - alpha, beta, theta?
There's a description of each in the English version of the downloadable manual.
Just play the sessions through the Proteus like any AudioStrobe track and it will deal with the lights. For your purposes experimentation with trance-type sessions has a better chance of working than hoping to empirically determine the appropriate brain rhythms.
Cheers,
Craig
Merry Christmas! I still Khotulev ask - what session or Proteus audiostrob or spektraskob kasina Mugut help from good to remember your dreams?
Please help me. Say what sessions can
help is good to remember your dreams? Maybe this is what that session or Proteus audiostrob or spektraskob session?
One way to use a mind machine to help you to remember your dreams is to make a short sleep session for taking a nap. A session that is say 90 minutes in length. At the beginning it helps you to go to sleep and at the end it delivers Theta frequencies. As you wake up, do not get out of bed immediately but let your mind recall the details of your dream. That is how I do it and it is very effective.
I can make a session for you. Please allow me a couple of days as I have a few other tasks to finish.
If you can do this - it will be wonderful. I'll wait
Hello I am very uncomfortable to ask. When you can do this session? I'll wait. But I would like to try as soon as possible.
I'll do it today... so for the delay.. I was working on some issues with Proteus software and some of our glasses.. so I started on it but got distracted by tech issues.. I haven't forgotten about you.. promise.
Hello Please forgive me. When you can make a session?
I wanted to ask - Craig promised that make session for ESP.
This has already happened?
Hi Krosskin,
I haven't, and never will, write a session for ESP. I have suggested use of alpha/theta type sessions, of which there are many, and I recommend reading "Penetration" by Ingo Swann (easily found as a free PDF).
Cheers,
Craig
Hello Excuse me I'm probably not quite correctly understood from the fact that I do not know English very well. It seemed to me that you will do even what that session that can help me. Once again I'm sorry.
Okay. My point is that there is no session or technique in existence that will help with ESP or any other Psi capability. Disciplined contemplation and meditation using any of the trance or meditation type sessions will help you to use the higher functions of your mind to the maximum extent of your mind's capability. Try all of the sessions of these types - you should find one or more that change the way your mind feels during use.
Cheers,
Craig
Thank you. I could not find the book Ingo Swann in Russian but found books on remote viewing Russian surname Popov. Now I began to read it. I'm still waiting for the session to help remember dreams. neuroasis promises to make such a session.
Alright my friend, here is your track. It has been tested by me and one of my close friends and we had good results. It is an AudioStobe track so play it through the Aux connector on your Proteus. It will also play on the Procyon, Sirius, Kasina and other mind machines. Although I designed it for the Proteus and need to test more (and get feedback on how well it transfers to those).
You obviously want this track badly so I hope it achieves your desires. Quality takes time. Especially a 90 minute session..
Here is the SoundCloud link for download:
https://soundcloud.com/neuroasis/dream-recall
The embedded streaming player from SoundCloud is only 128kbps.. so the AudioStrobe won't work streaming.
I have used a lot of interesting ideas and would like to get people's feedback on the session.
Best regards,
Scott
Track Description on SoundCloud
Dream Recall is a brainwave entrainment track with AudioStrobe light encoding embedded. It is designed to help with recalling your dreams.
It is 90 minutes in length. To use, set aside some time to take a nap and let the beginning of the session lull you to sleep. It ramps down to Delta waves to facilitate this.
At brief intervals roughly corresponding to 'sleep' spindle stages, quick ramps of theta frequencies are introduced with light flashes to raise your awareness. At the close of the session tibetan blows slowly wake you up as the frequencies ramp back to theta and then alpha.
The idea is to take a nap consisting of a full sleep cycle of 90 minutes and gently awake. Lie still and consciously seek to recall your dreams. Vividly try and revisit them.
You can download the track as a high quality 320kbps MP3. This preserves the AudioStrobe light encoding
Please share your results.
Thank you very much for this session. Today I will try to include this session. I wanted to ask whether this work is to promote sustainable session memorization skills sleep without Mind Machines - in the ordinary dream?
It would seem logical to me that once you overcome any barrier to recalling your dreams then it will be much easier to do so consistently. The magic is not in the mind machine. It is just a tool to help you create an ideal environment to aid in recall.
Unless there are psychological reasons for repression of dreams, the most common cause in not recalling them is the 'artificial' sleep schedule modern life imposes on people. Usually, they wake up to an alarm with too little sleep to begin with and then are immediately in a hurry to start their day.
First make it a goal to recall your dreams. Think about them and try to remember. Write down anything you can recall. Tell yourself before you go to sleep that you will remember your dreams in the morning. Make it a priority in your life and you will succeed.
The session just gives you a structured way to get started. Often a nap is a better way to start because it is outside your normal routine, often at a time when your mind would normally have been more active. Also, you would have experienced only one sleep cycle (as defined by sleep researchers).
Happy dreams,
Scott
Great session . Yesterday I tried to listen to this session. I happened to see one dream I remembered it - the dream was short , and then I woke up at half of the session was to continue I could not sleep. But what were then the images . I think this is due to the fact that I was not very comfortable to sleep on your back , I usually sleep on your side . And on the side prevent sleep earphones and goggles. Today I will try other headphones - ear . I wanted to ask - have the votes in the session in English - whether you want to listen to them and translate into my native language or is immaterial.
I know English is not very good.
Hi krosskin,
I am glad that you are having some progress.
I think it would be common to not sleep fully through the session the first times, for reasons that you mention.. different sleep position, headphones and glasses, and also now you are 'listening' to something while you sleep and maybe are not used to that. But the session is not really designed for restful sleep, in fact, just the opposite. It is designed to keep you in a half awake state, and to push your consciousness back up in the middle parts. This is conducive to having a lot of vivid dreams.
The voices in the mid section are 'dream food' ... They are unrecognized garbled speech that I processed... generally snippets of positive affirmations... words like 'I am dreaming', 'I remember now', 'awake and remember'.. things like that. But they are garbled to be unrecognizable to provide 'difficult' content for the brain to process. The conscious mind just gives up and the unconscious simply 'paints' impressions.. in the form of dreams. So your native language won't matter.
The headphones I recommend for sleep are these:
SleepPhones
Maybe they are available in your country. I have slept in them at different times for many years.
Keep dreaming,
Scott
Hello I have a few more questions for this session - Do carry out the procedure first session of relaxation? What should be the brightness? At what level do you need to listen to the sound session loud or quiet?
Hi Krosskin,
These are all personal choices for what makes you most comfortable. There is no definitive rule on the volume and brightness. Experiment and do what works best for you.
Regards,
Scott
