Sub-delta sleep sessions ver 2.0
Hi all,
Here are three sub-delta sleep sessions written for Procyon, using NP3 with Audiostrobe encoding. Full description/instructions in the attached read me file.
The files are too big for the forum, even compressed to mp3 and zipped. So after many days of
:BangHead:, I had to upload them to Dropbox.
If you'd like to try them, please let me know, and I'll set Dropbox up to give you access. You don't need to set up an account with them, and there's no fee involved.
I'll be grateful for any feedback.
Many thanks,
Andre

Hi Thalassa,
I've been using a much better version for several months now which is audio only, since I found that the lights don't work at these very low frequencies. The new version also includes panning waves for delta/sub-delta frequencies, which work very well for me. A big advantage is that you only need an mp3 player, not the light/sound machine.
I'll load it onto Dropbox within the next 24 hrs (my internet connection is a bit dicey). The file is too big for Mindplace upload.
If you're interested, please send me your email, and I'll send you a Dropbox invitation.
Blessings,
Andre

Re: Sub-delta sleep sessions ver 2.0
I made some changes to the settings and you MIGHT be able to upload it here now, if you feel like trying. No guarantees though!
Re: Sub-delta sleep sessions ver 2.0
You're very welcome.
Are you dealing with sleep problems or just curious?
Re: Sub-delta sleep sessions ver 2.0
Both I have problems from time to time to fall asleep and I'm and I'm curious if it will help.
Thank You I have received your file and will try it as soon as needed.
Re: Sub-delta sleep sessions ver 2.0
You're most welcome.
I've had careers as a research biologist and as a psychologist, plus roughly 30 years experience dealing with sleep problems and working with various forms of brainwave entrainment. So if you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

On a different note...
Thalassa - Greek for "the sea." Are you a Hellenophile? My avatar is the symbol of the Tholos, associated with the practice of Dream Healing of Asclepius - the ancient Greek god of healing. Thalassa is also one of my favourite programs on TV5.
Where in Switzerland are you? I had family on Lac Leman near Geneva, and visited there once. Went flying through the Alps with them in a small plane - unforgettable!

Re: Sub-delta sleep sessions ver 2.0
Hi Andrew
Thanks for the offer.Actually I have a question you might help me with.I was wondering how long the effect of a brainwave session lasts and how quick the brain is able to followthe different Hz of a session.
For example if I use a delta sleep session lets say 15 minutes before I actually go to sleep will I still be in delta then or do I have t try to sleep directly after the session.(I do not like to wear the glasses in bed so I normally
do them in asitting position on a chair)
And for the other question I wonder there are these sessions where the Waveleghth chages pretty rapidly so every 1 or even 1/2 a minute, Does it make sense to create this kind of session or is the brain to slow to follow these rapid changes. How long should the time in the beginning of asession last to lead lets say from 10Hrz down to 4Hrz so the brainwaves will follow easely.
Well about my name Thalassa this has a quit simple reason for one I love the Ocean and for the other I lo Greece (was travelling around the Island alot)Love the mystical touch of the country.
You are fortunate I never flew through the Alps but went skiyng there.I live in Basle in the german part of Switzerland.
About the sleep problems have you ever tryed Donna Edens Energy Medicine exercises thats what helpt me the most. And as I guess you are in the USA you could even get a personal meeting with her or one of her therapists.
(I learned it from her workshop videos and it really helped me)
Have a goodnight sleep and sweeet dreams
Esthy
