What do you mean it "won't let you"?
When I try to run a segment it says COM 3 is not availible. Invalid Port number.Please select a new COM port...I go to the set new com port and I can't pick anything from the list.....I clicked on all of them and nothing happens.....Quote:

What version of OS is on your Procyon. (The number that flashes on the LED display when you first turn it on)
What version of Windows are you running (XP/Vista/7)
What type of Windows are you running (x86 - 32bit or x64 - 64bit)?
Th OS is 2.1.6 I am running Windows 7.. I believe it is 32 bit.....Quote:

Please download and run this program.
Unzip, plug your USB cable from the Procyon to your PC and then run the exe and attach the log file that is created (in the same folder as the findports.exe program), attach a screenshot or let me know what the program says.
