USB driver issue

Hi Andy,

I have just received my unit and am also having problems connecting it to my PC. I am using windows xp and the installer from http://www.mindplacesupport.com/Procyon.htm#. Attached is a screenshot of the error message I got.

I followed your instructions but was still unable to connect on my computer using windows xp.

Fortunately, I successfully connected using my son's computer that runs on windows 7. I have also upgraded to the new OS and eliminated the hissing sound. :eusa_dance:

It would be a good idea for MindPlace to ship all new Procyon with the latest OS.

Just an update: successfully connected using Silab on my office computer running windows xp. Makes me wonder what is wrong with my home computer :icon_rolleyes:.

Something strange with the install of the driver. It's really hard to know without being able to see your computer. :BangHead:
